If you could chose any 2 people other than yourself to be sitting in your spot tonight, who would it be and why?
Congrats on making final 2!
Mitchell:
The first person I would pick would be Tom just because I feel bad that he got voted out and he stayed true to his word when I didnt and he deserves it just because of that. The other person I would choose would be Richard even though at one point I hated him, I liked him later on and he didnt deserve to go when he did. But his goal was to get to the jury so at least he made that . I would choose Rob M instead of Richard but I dont think Rob M is a choice since hes already in the final 2.
Rob.M:
Hi Everyone! I really appreciate all of your jury questions and I think most of you have shown what I like to show when I am on a jury, you need to vote for who you honestly believe played the best game. This game was filled with a lot of hard decisions and a lot of the time I had to separate the personal from the strategical and I believe that is what has gotten me to the final 2 in this game and I hope you can all respect the way I played as I respect the way each of you has played. Thanks!
Colbys Question- Hmmmm Picking just two people is tough but one of the people I would have to pick would be Tom. I believe that me and Tom played this game the most strategical. Back at the final 10 we made a strategical move and if we didnt I know for a fact, well as much of a fact as something could be in this game, that I wouldnt be in the final 4 let alone the final 2. The other person I would say deserves to be in the Final 2 is Elisabeth. Even when that girl was down she never gave up and she kept trying to make alliances and do whatever it took until she was voted out. Thanks Colby!
Richard:
Well Done final two!!it will be hard picking from you two but the winner is not in any single persons hands, so good luck in the vote. My question to you is :What do you think has been the biggest compromise you have had to make in the game? (as in do u regret voting for someone to leave, or picking the wrong person to sit-out etc.)
Remember you are scared of the jury?..you should be.
Mitchell:
To be completely honest, I regret making an alliance with Rudy. We both promised each other that we wouldnt vote each other but come to find out he wanted me gone and voted me twice. I also regret voting Amber because if I didnt vote her then she might have made it to the merge and Ethan might have too.
Rob.M:
Wow thats a tough question. There have been a lot of moves I had to make in this game that were tough but I dont regret those moves because obviously sticking to my strategy was able to get me to the final 2. 3 very hard moves I had to make that I regretted having to do however were voting out Elisabeth, Rob C., and Rudy. Elisabeth was a really nice girl and tried her best and I enjoyed playing with her. Rob C. when I got the chance to talk to him was a great guy and I hated having to vote him out over Tom at the time since Tom had just voted for me and I wasnt sure how much I could trust Tom. With Rudy he really played a strategical game. There were several times I was talking to Rudy and I just thought wow I can tell this guy knows how to play and he seemed so sneaky and such a strategist that I really respected him while feeling nervous about him at the same time. One more thing I would have liked to do was to have gotten closer to Colby. I feel like many people in the game never talked to him much, including myself, because in a game where most everyone has AIM but one person it is hard to remember that they wont be able to come online and that to talk to them you have to write an email to them. Hopefully after this game I will be able to talk to Colby and get to know him better since he is the only one I feel like I didn?t really talk to much. Thanks Richard!
Elisabeth:
What did you to in the game to get where you are and how did you use me
to
get further in the game. Also tell me how responsible you feel for each
person getting voted off.
Mitchell:
The main reason I'm in the final 2 is because I got immunity a lot lol and another part is because of Rob M. Also I had to trust a lot of people to get where I am and some proved to be trustworthy while others werent but it all worked out. And I dont think I used you (if I did it was when we first merged when you said we were voting Brandon when I voted Kathy) because I told you how I feel about you when the game was going on and plus you voted me plenty of times and I voted you plenty of times so I wouldnt count that as using you. I feel responsible for Tom leaving because I voted him out so Rob M could come with me to the finals, and also I feel responsible for him because he was suppose to go at final 4. Brandon...was just there so I dont feel responsible and I didnt vote him. Rudy, I voted him because I heard that he wanted me gone...which was true. Rob C I voted because he was the last person in the alliance. I just wanted you gone because I didnt like you and plus you voted me before. I didnt want Richard to go then because he was actually nice to me and I almost gave him my immunity but I knew if I did I would have been voted out. Then Colby I voted just because nobody wanted you gone and Rob C and Richard won immunity. Kathy I voted because somebody needed to go in that huge alliance and she had more past votes then Brandon. And then I feel a little resposible for Amber leaving because me, Brady and Rudy voted for her and if we didnt then she wouldnt have been voted out....maybe
Rob.M
Hi Elisabeth! About your question, there were several strategical moves I made in this game that got me to where I currently am, the final 2. Back at the final 10 Rich told me I was in this “7 Person Alliance without even ever asking me to be a part of it. I had also heard that the plan was for the Final 4 to be Rich, Elisabeth, Rob C., and Kathy so I knew I had to make a move. I approached Tom and he agreed that he wasn’t happy with his place in the alliance so I then approached Mitchell and Brandon, who I felt like I could trust, and Mitchell told me he trusted Rudy and Rudy also ended up being included in the alliance. Then we obviously knew the vote was going to be 5-5 so we needed to vote for Kathy, since of all the people we could vote for, she had the most past votes. The next few strategical moves I made in the game were sticking with my five person alliance and having to make some very difficult votes, including voting people off I really did like but couldn’t keep around for strategical reasons. Then came the final 5, I decided it was best for me in the game to vote off Rudy which was tough because I really did like and respect him but it was in my best interest to vote him off. Also my close alliance with Mitchell paid off final 4 as we voted together and he brought me to the final 2. For the 2nd part of your question I feel like the only way I “used’ you to get to get ahead was that we were friendly so there was a less chance you would vote me off over people. But I didn’t become friendly with you to use you in the game so honestly I’m not sure how I could say I used you. For the 3rd part of your question obviously I was not involved with the voting off of people I never even got a chance to meet or be on a tribe with but from the tribal councils I did go to I would say I was responsible for Kathy and Colby being voted off since I did vote for them but at the same time it was also the overall decision of the alliance and the fact that Richard kept winning immunity when many people wanted him gone. With Richard I do feel more responsible then Mitchell you could say since I did actually vote for Richard but at the same time it was again an overall alliance decision. With you, Elisabeth, and Rob C. I do feel responsible since I did vote for both of you but I do not feel personally responsible for you being voted off. I feel responsible for Rudy going since I did vote for him also but I wouldn’t say I was pushing for him to go. With Brandon obviously he went because he didn’t vote or whatever. And the way you could say I was responsible for Tom going was that Mitchell had a stronger alliance with me then with Tom. Thanks Elisabeth!
Rob.C:
"First of all, congratulations to the both of you for making it here.
I am asking the both of you to name every strategic, manipulative, powerful move you've made in this game. I feel the winner should be one who played the game the best, not whether or not I was mad at them when I got voted out. So the person who explains to me their in-depth strategy better will get my vote. And make sure to include why I got the boot somewhere in your answer :-D
Once again, congrats"
Mitchell:
The first strategic move I made was making an alliance with Brady, Rudy and Ethan(Original Piaggia members) but that didnt last long since Brady got voted out and Ethan quit and Rudy wanted to vote me off. Also when we got new tribes I made an alliance with Richard and he told me to vote Brady but I didnt because I wanted to stay true to my alliance with him. So then he decided to hate me and wanted me voted off. So we got new tribes and me, Rob M, you and Tom were on the same tribe but we didnt have to go to tc. So at merge Brandon, me, Rudy, Tom and Rob M decided to get rid of that big alliance by voting for Kathy since she had more past votes than Brandon. Next was Colby because he was hard to talk(didnt have AIM) to and Elisabeth was the first to mention the idea to me even though she voted me instead! But its ok. um Then I won immunity and I wanted to give it to Richard because I knew everybody was voting him but I didnt because I would have been voted out most likely. So I tried to get people to vote Elisabeth instead of Richard but nobody wanted her gone besides me and maybe Richard. So I voted Elisabeth even though Richard was going and I didnt really care if people were mad at me for that. Then the next round was when I was told that Rudy, you and Elisabeth were voting me so I needed to win immunity but I didnt because Elisabeth didnt want me to win cuz she wouldnt even tell me what items she had so I said screw it. So then Elisabeth had more past votes then me luckily enough. Then we voted you because you were the last person not in the alliance(and thanks for not voting me when you left by the way lol). Then next round me, Rob M and Brandon were gonna vote Rudy or Tom but then Tom won immunity(good thing lol), so we voted Rudy. Then me, Brandon and Rob M were suppose to vote Tom because he would have been a bigger threat at the final immunity challenge. And I told Tom that we were voting Brandon but that was before I knew we were voting him. So anyways, Brandon left because his vote didnt get sent in and then I had to win the final immunity challenge because that would guarentee me and Rob M a spot in the final 2. And my strategy was to be honest and to be liked and I was pretty honest...but the being liked part didnt go as planned lol which is why i got a lot of votes.
Rob.M:
Hi Rob C! Well I feel I answered a lot about the strategic moves I made in this game in Elisabeth’s answer. However, I feel your question deserves an answer too so Ill go over the strategic moves I talked about in my answer to Elisabeth’s question and expand on that. Well as you probably know based on my previous answers, I feel like the first chance I got to make a really strategic move was in the final 10, especially since I had only been to one Tribal Council before then. At the final 10 I found it obvious that the “7 Person Alliance was going to leave me in 6th or 7th place so I had to make a move. So final 10 I got together the alliance that became the final 5. At the final 9 Colby was voted out since Richard has won immunity and since not a lot of people had talked to him. At the final 8, Richard finally went and the reason was a lot of people wanted him gone for various reasons. Personally, I found him to be a nice guy but I saw him as a threat and I already had heard how he was already trying to make plans to get me voted off. Final 7 Elisabeth went which was extremely tough because I really liked her but I had to make a strictly strategic decision and do what was best for me in the game. At the final 6 I again had to make a really tough decision and when I voted you out it was strictly strategical and that was a really tough vote but I had to do what was best for me in the game. Final 5 I voted Rudy off since I felt much better about my chances at final 2 with Brandon, Tom, and Mitchell in the final 4. Final 4 the reason I thought it would have been good for Tom to go was because I felt that Mitchell and Brandon both would have taken me to the final 2. Also, ever since Tom had voted for me I had some distrust in him, never truly knowing if the vote was a “mistake or a vote thrown at me so I would have a past vote. Final 3 I didn’t get to make the vote to vote Tom out but as I said before the way you could say that was a strategic move for me would be that I had an alliance with Mitchell. Thanks Rob C.!
Rudy:
In what way did either of you get here with out riding on someone else's back? If you say I didn't ride on anyone's back I won't vote for you because the one thing I hate is liars and you both know you rode on sombody ele's back so be truthful about it because personally neither of you should eb there right now!
Mitchell:
Well winning immunity doesnt count as riding coattails! lol I admit that I road on Rob M's coattails because if he wasnt here then I probably wouldnt be in the final 2 but other then that I dont think I did. I mean...I wasnt in that big alliance so I didnt use anybody there....and pretty much everybody hated me. And if you want me to say that I rode your coattails....you can think that if you want, but really I was with Rob M more then you, sorry.
Rob.M:
Hi Rudy! Well I would say that the moves I made that weren?t riding on someone else?s back would be a lot of the moves I made in the game and a lot of the strategic moves I?ve talked about so far. I would say the move I made final 10 wasn?t riding on anyone?s back because I was the one to step forward and take the chance and approach Tom to make that alliance. I also made many strategic moves that I made for myself because I thought making that move would be best for me in the game. These moves included having to vote off some people I would have liked to keep farther if I was basing it on personal reasons. In the ways that I did ride on other peoples backs I guess you could say by sharing ideas and working together me and my allies rode on each others backs but I don?t believe I road on one persons back throughout the whole game if that?s what you are asking. Thanks Rudy!
Brandon:
Hi. Congrats to both of you for making the final 2. My question to each of you is, who do you honestly think deserves to win this game, you or the other person in the final 2 and why. Thanks Guys!
Mitchell:
Well Brandon...in my opinion I think Rob M deserves it because he played this game hard and got everybody to trust him which is an important part to this game.
Rob.M:
Hi Brandon! Thanks for your question. Honestly, I would have to say I do think that I deserve to win this game. I remember back at final 10 Mitchell saying to me “Well I’m Done. Good Luck in the game or something like that. I believe that if it wasn’t for the move me and Tom made in the final 10 neither Mitchell nor myself would have made it here and I think he would agree with me. I do not want to say Mitchell played a bad game, however I do think I played a better one. I felt like I never gave up and I always tried to consider all the options and make the best strategic choices for myself that I could. I also feel like I remembered it was a game and remembered to vote strategically while Mitchell did not at some times. I feel like during his whole fight with Elisabeth he forgot that it was just a game and I don’t think he showed the best game play possible during that situation. I don’t mean to say that Mitchell just rode my coat tails but I think it was that move I made in the final 10 that got me and Mitchell to the Final 2 and I think I deserve to win. Thanks Brandon!
Tom:
Wow...what a final two selection....we have a backstabbing
hypocrite...and...well...Mitchell. However, regardless of the personal nature of the game, I respect the way you both played this game. The object is to outwit, outplay, and outlast, and obviously you both did that. For me, it just comes down to who did it better. So fortunatley or
unfortunatley depending on who you are, I only consider the way you played, not the way I feel about you. My question is simple, and while I appreciate lying in the game, I would prefer the final tc answers to be truthful. When the merge occurred and Rob and I switched over to be with Rudy, Mitchell, and Brandon.....who came to who? Did Rob M come to you Mitchell? Or did Mitchell come to you Rob? Again, thanks for a great game...good luck to you both - and congrats.
Mitchell:
Well....this question is sort of hard to explain because neither of us really went to the other at the merge because...well me and Rob M had a final 2 alliance before final 4 when you saw it....before merge....even before the first time you talked to him. So when merge came me and you never really talked and I guess you and Rob M did so you helped us get to the final 2 (along with Rudy and Brandon). And the 3 of us were gonna be the final 3 in my eyes but as it came closer, the smarter move would have been to vote you out, which we attempted at final 4. So to all you people who think that Rob M and I dont deserve to be final 2, think again because we actually did outwit, outplay and outlast you guys and went through a lot more then you guys expect.
Rob.M:
Hi Tom, Thanks for your question. First I would just like to say I hope there are no hard feelings and no matter how bitter you could have been in your question I would have still had a lot of respect for you as a player. I think you played an amazing game and I think we worked great together for most of the game. Anyway, onto your question. I definitely was the one to approach Mitchell about the Final 5 alliance. As I stated in my answer to Brandon’s question I remember Mitchell making a statement to me in final 10 pretty much giving up but I then saw the opportunity with you and talked to you about the alliance then approached Mitchell about it. I remember you making a statement to me earlier in the game about no matter what if you were on the jury you would vote for who you honestly thought deserved to win the game. I trust that you will stick to your belief voting for who you honestly thinks deserve to win and I hope I am the person you think deserves to win this game. I feel like we have a great respect for each others game play and I think without working together final 10 neither you, me, nor Mitchell would have made the final 3. Thanks Tom and good luck deciding who to vote for!
Closing Statement- Thanks everyone for your questions. I think most of you remembered this was just a game and didn’t take what happened personally and I really respect that about all of you and I hope you can respect me and the way I played this game. I hope the answers I gave to your questions satisfied what you were looking for and I hope they help you in making your decision. I tried not to repeat things too many times but sometimes when answering similar questions some of the same points had to be used to fully answer that person’s question. Once again I thank everyone on the jury so much for giving such great, respectable questions to me and Mitchell and for making this game such a great game. I wish you luck while making your decision on who to vote for and I hope you are able to make the best decision you feel you can. Thanks again everyone so much for making this such a great game and I can’t wait to continue some of the friendships I have made in this game even when the game is over. Thanks!
